Back in 2011 when we reviewed Nationwide Bank they were a very strong player in the national CD market. In December of 2018 they changed their organization to a Trust Company and changed their name to Nationwide Trust Company, FSB (FDIC # 34710). Axos Bank (FDIC # 35546) now handles the banking and borrowing portion of Nationwide.
